I purchased a Mini Aqua Water Softener…
I purchased a Mini Aqua Water Softener in January 2021
The unit has worked well and I am pleased however
A month after purchase I registered the unit then spoke to a Service Person to enquire about extending the guarantee
I was told the Warranties are 7/2 which are 2 years and 7 year parts,what should have been made clearer is that if I had wanted to extend the (labour) part of the guarantee then I should have done this within a few weeks
This was not made clear, I have the email from the service person but no mention of extending the labour guarantee today I was told it us too late
Call outs I was told today are around £125 + vat
So Monarch whilst the unit is working well my experience today has only given you 3*
May I suggest that as most goods are purchased on line that once the unit has been registered the company contact the customer to enquire about extending the Labour guarantee

My recent holiday tour of west coast of…
My recent holiday tour of west coast of USA was cancelled due to the virus. Cosmos cancelled well in advance. I have been refunded in full within ten days of the cancellation. Having heard on how other people who have had their holidays cancelled and are having problems getting refunds cosmos must be congratulated on their no nonsense refund policy. Well done Cosmos. Will rebook with you when everything returns to normal.

Warning, do not book extension with this company.
They have swindled 1100 USD from me for a train ride Madrid to Barcelona, 3 nights accommodation and to tell us we have to do all site seeing by ourselves. And was only told as I asked who was going to be our guide. Answer NO ONE.
We have just done some calculations and it should only be around 900USD.
This is disgraceful and simply stealing hard earned money from travelers

Flew with Monarch on Saturday and enjoyed the experience. In light of the news this morning, I'm extremely sad for all the staff & their families, who are now without a job.

Nice staff, on time, good value
Both ways arrived early. The captain on return communicated often which I liked as it puts you at ease. Staff were friendly. Easy to check in. Only downside are the in flight prices and food availability. On return barely anything was available. Prices are a bit OTT!!! £4.50 for a sandwich!

Dont book a flight with monarch …
Dont book a flight with monarch airlines service is terrible.
I always went to my mums fot Christmas but she died very suddenly recently we decided to go away christmas to change things as its so raw. We booked our whole holiday around the monarch flights xmas day 2pm flight luton to tenerife as the time allows me to take the children to the cemetery christmas morning then go to the airport for the flight. Monarch have just notified me the flight has been rescheduled for 6.15am christmas day I contacted them telling them this change wasnt suitable they have refused me a refund to book more suitable flights but the 2pm flights i originally booked are still for sale on sky scanner.net

Some issues…..
We booked a Cosmos holiday to Greece this year.
The hotel and place (Diana Hotel, Zante Town) were wonderful, but there were issues which need to be highlighted with Cosmos.
The flights were changed last minute, and the new flight times were really unsociable. Plus the return flight was very late, only leaving Zante airport at midnight.
The rep (Stacey) did not turn up for the promised welcome meeting. No apologies were given.
She was at the airport when we flew back but gave no late flight information, and left quickly, with no support for holidaymakers left in the airport.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel on arrival was swift! The coach driver dropped us at a nearby road, saying 'your hotel is up the road there somewhere'!!
We enjoyed the holiday very much, but Cosmos really need to review their protocols in some areas, particularly holiday maker support.
Good value for money
Booked a one week holiday to Majorca in July 2015. Booked in January. Cosmos were much cheaper than other companies. No frills as such, in that you don't have a dedicated rep take you to your resort and be in constant touch. However, this worked well for us as if we wanted a trip we would have booked anything via the hotel or external agency. No problems. We had been to the resort several years in advance so had a idea of the area, but hotel would give out maps and advice on local markets etc (just like hotels would in this country). Used the shuttle service from airport to hotel and no problems. Would definitely book with them again. Flew with Monarch their sister company and again no problems.
Poor service
My invoice said I would receive infr on transfer prior to the holiday. Nothing had arrived. Tried to ring the company but no answer. Sent an Email one week before travel asking about the transfer. No reply. In fact everything was OK when we arrived but it had been a worry. However, we had to telephone to reconfirm flights and to book transfer. Couldn't get through on the phone but luckily the hotel were very helpful(Aqua in Icemeller) and did it for us thus saving time and money. The 'virtual rep' is a waste of time and only achieved financial savings for Cosmos. Little help to the tourist. Would never book with them again.
Absolutely awful customer service
I have submitted information 3 times, 2 letters as said on the website and one email regarding a potential claim for a 12 hour delayed flight. That was 2 months ago and I have heard nothing back.
Not only was my flight delayed I have now been ignored 3 times.
Government laws have changed allowing me to claim so please look into it.
The website and claim form said I will hear back in 28 days.
What the hell is going on with my claim?

Impossible to make arrangements because of flight changes
Am going to a friend's wedding in Spain in a few weeks time, arrangements have been made so people can meet up and get cabs together from the airport. Monarch have just changed my flight times for the SECOND time. The new flight out is so early in the morning, I will have difficulty in getting to the airport but have already paid for Gatwick Express tickets I may not be able to use. Have been told I have to accept the changes or just get a refund. Really annoyed with this company and will avoid flying with them again.

Wrong info
They have wrong info in their website. They had Elias Hotel in Paphos, although after I visited it is in Limassol, Cyprus and not Paphos. I called them and they still insisted is in Paphos... Ridiculous

2 holidays this year, both excellent
We holidayed twice with the Cosmos group this year (once with Monarch and once with Cosmos) and both times the holiday was excellent, much better than the price would suggest. We intend to use them again.
